Abstract: The aim of this Plan is to outline the arrangements to deal with marine oil or chemical spills and marine incidents such as groundings, collisions, disabled vessel, fire on a vessel etc that could result in an oil or chemical spill into State waters of NSW. In this Plan a reference to an oil and chemical spill includes a reference to any marine incident that has the potential to result in an oil or chemical spill.
